Tohoku University’s International Research Institute of Disaster Science has announced that this year’s APRU-IRIDeS Multi-Hazards Summer School will be held from July 29 – August 1, and applications are now open.

This year’s focus is “From Science to Society: Advancing Disaster Risk Reduction for a Resilient Future.” Graduate students and young researchers interested in disaster risk reduction (DRR) and management are encouraged to apply.
