During this program, I was motivated by a desire to experience Japanese culture firsthand and to engage with students from different parts of the world. I was particularly interested in developing a more global perspective and learning how entrepreneurship and collaboration can differ across cultures. Throughout the trip, I gained valuable skills in teamwork, communication, and adaptability, especially when working with people from diverse backgrounds. I also developed a deeper appreciation for Japanese culture, including its discipline, respect, and attention to detail.
